It's hard to believe, but the 2022 Midterm Elections are just about one year away! Indivisible Evanston will be supporting important races in the Midwest, especially here in Illinois and up in Wisconsin. We are looking forward to working with organizers and campaigns we partnered with and supported in 2018 and 2020 to win again in 2022!
We're kicking off our planning and strategy with a very special meeting featuring a great panel of speakers: Ben Wikler, Chair of the Democratic Party of Wisconsin; Angela Lang, Executive Director of Milwaukee's BLOC (Black Leaders Organizing for Communities), Don Green, Professor of Political Science at Columbia University and co-author of the book Get Out the Vote; and Paul Kendrick, executive director of Rust Belt Rising, our WI and MI Voter Registration Project partner, and co-author of Nine Days.
