23 Days Until Inauguration Day!

Happy New - Blue - Year!

Soon we can say goodbye to 2020, and hello to 2021! Before we do, we want to thank YOU for everything you did to help Indivisible support Democrats and win in 2020. Thanks to all your hard work and dedication, we can all look forward to better days in 2021 under the leadership of President-Elect Biden! As this difficult year winds to a close, we're thinking of and thankful for our members, and we hope that you and your families are staying healthy and enjoying the holidays. And while we know the next few months are going to be tough, we also are reassured that things will start to get better after Jan. 21. So please stay home, stay safe and stay active! IDPH recommends that we only leave home for essential activities. Read More Here. And we've got lots of essential things to keep you busy over the next week-- like helping Democrats win the GA Runoffs and turn the Senate blue again!

Georgia Senate Runoff Races Make Calls to GOTV for Democrats Jon Ossoff & Reverend Raphael Warnock Wednesday, Dec. 30 5-7 PM CT

The Jan 5 GA Senate Runoff Election is just over a week away! Want to help turn the Senate Blue? Join us for our last phone banking shift on Wed., 12/30. SIGN UP

  • The Phone Banking "Band" is Back! Same leaders, same high-touch training & support as the Nov. election. All that’s missing is YOU!

  • The GA Dems' Coordinated Campaign reports that the initial surge of volunteers has tapered off and they’re getting through only about 20% of their phone bank lists.

  • RIGHT NOW, they need our help calling voters who haven’t turned in their absentee ballots AND early voters who have new polling places assigned since they voted in November (yet another GOP attempt to thwart their voting rights).

  • See you soon on Zoom: Marj, Mike, Kathy, Kathleen, Bill, and the entire Indivisible Chicago phone bank team!

  • More Times Available! Sign up directly with the GA Dems for shifts that work best for you.

  • Bilingual caller? Your help is needed to target Latinx voters on Tues. and Sat. phone banks: Sign up here.

"What rural voters want is a glimmer of hope that things will change. Bill Hogseth, Chair of the Dunn County Democratic Party, Wisconsin, in Politico, 12/1/2020

Register in advance for our 1/19 meeting here. After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting on Zoom.

This year, it wasn't enough just to vote. In 2020, we all had to act...and we did! And we still stayed safe and took action from home.

In 2020, Indivisible Evanston volunteers worked hard to win back the White House, the Senate, Wisconsin and to keep our gains in the House and here in Illinois. And we accomplished SO MANY of our goals....especially the YUGE one (#BYEDON)! And we can finish the job by winning the two Georgia Senate runoff races on Tuesday, January 5! Thank you for reading our weekly newsletters, following us on FB and visiting our website for a full list of our 2020-21 actions. We made this happen by all pitching in -- this is an IE Team effort!
