Thank you to all of our members who joined our Presidential Inaugural Committee Day of Service on the national holiday honoring one of our heroes of the civil rights movement, Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Across the nation, there were hundreds of thousands of volunteers dedicating their time and service to celebrate the profound legacy of Dr. King, and to provide relief to communities affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. In the past, Indivisible Evanston has recognized Dr. King on this holiday by gathering donations from our members, or joined in-person community and national actions. Due to the impact of COVID-19, this year we hosted a virtual opportunity for our volunteers. It's not too late to participate by making a donation to one or several designated organizations that help those in our Evanston community who have been most impacted by the Covid-19 pandemic. Thank you! Make a donation today:

Impeachment by the House isn't enough.
Call your Senators now and tell them to urge McConnell to use his emergency powers to immediately reconvene the Senate for Trump’s second impeachment trial, and that you expect your Senator to vote to convict and then disqualify Donald Trump from holding federal office in the future. Visit Indivisible's website to be connected directly with your Senator here.
